Town & City Centres throughout the UK are changing. Having access to data, insights and trends will allow councils to make more accurate decisions in planning and for future infrastructure and sustainability.

We work with Councils across the UK to help them make informed decisions by providing access to accurate insight through data.

Data can be used to:

• Attract retailers by identifying retail hot-spots
• Entice investors and developers
• Record footfall and identify the flow of footfall around a town or city centre / specific area
• Record new and returning visitors

We work with Council’s High Street teams to ensure smooth installation and minimal disruption, including in conservation areas, on listed buildings and in areas of historical significance, often designated as being sensitive to modern installations
