In a bid to optimise operations and enhance user experience, Proximity Futures have been working on significant upgrades under the guiding hand of our new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Luke Rayner.
Upcoming projects include revamping Intelli-Sense with the aim of improving the user experience, introducing a public API that customers can request access to, allowing them to create reports on our data using their own systems and helping to create more automated reports too, and fortifying system maintenance. Noteworthy is the implementation of more backend administration processes, exemplified by a proactive alerting system to detect and tackle data anomalies instantly, showcasing Proximity Futures commitment to pre-emptive maintenance going forward.
Additionally, Luke is keen to look into AI integration to detect data trends, which can then be reported to the customer either within our portal or via automated reports later in 2024 after the completion of the upcoming projects.
