Proximity Futures introduces new customer Portal

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new Portal, designed to enhance your experience to a new level. At Proximity Futures, we prioritise customer satisfaction and this portal is a testament to our commitment to providing you with exceptional service and convenience.

What can you expect?

Although the look and feel of the portal is new, the data and functionality is the same. Reports are all just as accessible as before although you may find some are under different menu headings to allow for future planned updates.

Our new Portal is your one-stop destination for managing all aspects of your account. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  1. User-Friendly Interface: Navigate through a clean, simple design that makes every interaction straightforward. The interface is designed to be easy to use, so people with any level of technical skill can find what they need. With clearly labeled sections and easy-to-follow instructions, using the interface feels natural and smooth. Whether you are new to the system or have been using it for a while, you will find navigation easy and convenient.
  2. Comprehensive Dashboard: Access all your account information in one place. Our dashboard collects all important data points, giving you a complete view of your account. Whether it is simple or detailed analytics that you’re looking for, everything you need is available in one location. You can customise the data you want to see to highlight the information that is most important to you, helping you stay organised and informed.
  3. 24/7 Self-Service: Manage your services anytime, anywhere. Our self-service portal is available at all times, allowing you to handle various tasks such as monitoring daily footfall, dwelltime, events and finding support resources. This access gives you the ability to address issues on your own schedule, without having to wait for help.
  4. Improved Reports: The automated reporting system has been completely redesigned and now uses PowerBi to create and send automated reports such as the Headline report. PowerBi not only allows for additional system-generated reports to be designed but also allows custom reports to be created specific to customer requirements.
  5. Stronger Maintenance: Many new key features have been implemented, primarily as background features to ensure the data we store is kept and delivered to the portal as efficiently as possible. There has also been the implementation of several automated tasks that checks the data to ensure it falls within a predefined set of averages allowing for any anomalies to be quickly identified and resolved.
